Welcome

I grew up at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Queensbury, NY, surrounded by the Adirondack scenery. There, I was deeply inspired by nature and animals, spending my time exploring the woods and drawing both real and mythical creatures. 

After grade school, I took every art class available at my local community college, but ultimately chose a different career path, setting aside my pencils and brushes for more than 15 years.

In 2023, I picked up watercolor. I immediately fell in love with the unique medium. Since then, the creative floodgates have opened! I've been experimenting with all kinds of crafts, including textile arts like needle felting, embroidery, and sewing, which I am using to upcycle cloths among other things. I've also been making pottery from wild clay I've harvested locally and hand-processed. If that's not enough, I've started face painting for children and adventurous adults, a fun and expressive outlet that I absolutely love!

Beyond the studio, I run a small home daycare and am working on an dual Accounting & Business BS with a minor in Forensic Accounting. Around town, you may find me working with the Greenwich PTSA, in my garden, or walking my dogs.
